Admissions and enrollment

  • Online application with requirement checklists and document tracking
  • Duplicate detection before an applicant becomes a student
  • Applicant converts to student without re-entering data
  • Enrollment confirmation by full payment, required down payment, approved payment arrangement, scholarship, or authorised exception — not only full payment
  • Section capacity checks, transfers, withdrawals, cancellations and re-enrollment with status history

Records

  • Student profiles, guardians and verified relationships
  • Document requests and generated documents
  • Corrections are requested by one person and approved by another; nothing is silently overwritten

Teachers (academic profile only)

  • Qualifications, specialisations, availability and preferred-off times
  • Class assignments and weekly workload
  • No HR or payroll: leave, timekeeping, salaries and benefits are not part of PeopleCampus

Grading

  • Versioned grading policies: DepEd DO 8 s.2015 and DO 015 s.2026
  • Grade sheets move from draft to submitted to approved to published, with different people submitting and approving
  • Published grades are locked; changes go through a correction that creates a new version
  • Report cards and promotion decisions (PeopleCampus-generated, not official DepEd LIS submissions)

Scheduling

  • Bell schedules with class periods, breaks and lunch
  • Conflict checks for teachers, sections, rooms, capacity, room type, availability and workload
  • Automatic timetable generation runs in the background, keeps locked placements, and explains why a schedule is impossible
  • A timetable with any hard conflict cannot be approved or published
  • Date-specific substitutions and personal timetables for teachers, students and parents

Student attendance

  • Daily and class attendance, manual or from card and QR readers
  • Readers sign every request; offline scans replay with their original times
  • Raw scans are kept separately from the attendance they produce
  • Direction (entry or exit) comes from the reader's configuration, never guessed from alternating scans
  • Guardian arrival notices without duplicates
  • PeopleCampus does not store fingerprint or face templates

Billing and collections

  • Fee schedules, discounts and installment plans
  • Cashier sessions with receipts, cash counts and supervisor review
  • Online and bank payments are verified before they count — a screenshot is not proof of payment
  • Posted amounts are never edited; corrections, refunds and reversals are new entries approved by a second person
  • Tuition is kept separate from PeopleCampus subscription and video credit payments

Library, purchasing and inventory

  • Catalog and circulation
  • Purchase requests, approvals and purchase orders
  • Stock, issues and asset custody

Portals and dashboards

  • Administrators, teachers, students and parents each see what their role allows
  • Dashboards are computed from real records; the number of students on campus is labelled as an estimate
