Each school's data stays separate
Every record belongs to one institution, and the database itself refuses to return another institution's rows. Campus access can be narrower than institution access.
Two people for sensitive changes
Grade approval, billing adjustments, refunds, reversals and record corrections are prepared by one person and approved by another, with a permanent audit trail.
Guardians see only their own children
A parent account shows a student only after the school verifies the relationship. An unverified link shows nothing.
Works on its own. Connects to PeopleWeave if you use it.
PeopleCampus covers the academic side of teachers — profiles, qualifications, availability, class assignments and workload. HR and payroll stay outside PeopleCampus. If your institution uses PeopleWeave, an optional integration can share staff directory data; PeopleCampus keeps working if it is disconnected.
Pricing that follows your enrollment
The core platform is priced per active student per year in graduated tiers, payable annually or in four quarterly installments. Messaging and live video are optional add-ons.
